FounderDevin Sears, Ph.D. is the Founder of Auria Consulting Group and has led the firm since its launch in 2025. He brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory affairs, and GMP manufacturing across global operations. Prior to founding Auria, Dr. Sears held senior leadership roles at TJP Labs, Cambrex, Labstat International, and Gilead Sciences, where he led quality, regulatory, and laboratory teams through complex inspections and compliance initiatives. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Iowa.
